How to Score Back Alley

The game starts with 13 cards and decreases by 1 each round until 1 card.

For extra gameplay, increase by 1 each round until back up to 13 cards.

Players bid how many tricks they think they'll take in each round.

Enter bids in the Bid field (big number) and actual tricks taken in the Took field (small number/superscript).

Scores update automatically after entering both bid and result.

Scoring:

If you make your bid or more: 3 points × bid + 1 point for each extra trick.

If you don't make your bid: -3 points × bid (you "go set").

Board Bids: Enter "B" characters to indicate a board bid.

First person to 'Board' while bidding marks the sheet with a B. This is a standard board (10 points per trick if successful, -10 if not).

Each additional person to bid 'Board' while bidding marks the sheet with a BB, BBB, etc. for # of Bs × 10 points × the number of tricks.

To successfully make a 'Board', you must take all tricks in the round.

Example: If you're the 3rd person to bid 'Board' on round 4, you mark BBB in row 4. If you make your bid, you get 3Bs × 10 = 30 points for 4 tricks = 120 points total. All other bidders get -(# of Bs) × 10 points for their bid.
